The HICL team

The board of HICL comprises four independent non-executive Directors who are responsible for the overall management of the company.

HSBC Specialist Fund Management Limited ('HSFML') is the Investment Adviser to HICL, responsible for the day-to-day running of HICL. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HSBC Specialist Investments Limited ('HSIL'), the HSBC Group's dedicated property and infrastructure arm.
