West Middlesex hospital

The West Middlesex Hospital project is a 35 year concession to design, contruct, finance, operate and maintain a new 228-bed hospital in West Middlesex, UK. Financial close occurred in January 2001 and the project involved capital expenditure of approximately GBP60 million.
Construction of the hospital was carried out by Bouygues (UK) Limited and was completed on time on 6 June 2003. The hospital is now operational. Building management services are being managed by Ecovert FM Limited, the facilities management subsidiary of Bouygues Construction S.A.
