Exeter Crown Court

The Exeter Crown Court project is a 32 year concession, commissioned by the Department of Constitutional Affairs, to build and service a new crown and county court building in Exeter, UK. Capital expenditure was approximately GBP20 million and financial close occurred on 22 November 2002.
The project involved the construction of four criminal courts, one civil court, four district judge hearing rooms and associated accommodation in a single building. The works were completed in October 2004. A facility manager is resident on site and security services are provided by the court services.
