Blackburn Hospital

The Blackburn Hospital Project is a 38 year concession to design, construct, finance and maintain new facilities at the Queens Park Hospital in Blackburn. The project involved capital expenditure of approximately GBP100 million; its construction was completed in July 2006 by a joint venture team of Balfour Beatty Construction Limited and Haden Young Limited (both subsidiaries of Balfour Beatty plc, a UK-based civil engineering company).

Facilities management is the responsibility of Haden Building Management, a provider of facilities management and M&E services to both the public and private sectors in the UK.
